团队简介:
团队以面向国家战略需求为牵引,以解决国家卡脖子技术为导向,聚焦于新一代半导体光电器件,如钙钛矿高能粒子辐射探测器、有机磁电功能器件及纳米电化学储能材料器件,通过制备高性能半导体器件推动便携成像装备与新能源器件的产业应用转化。本团队的研究工作包含材料设计、器件制备、性能表征到物理机制解析等全链条研究,具备物理、材料、化学、电子信息等多学科交叉特点。团队成员主持国家自然科学基金及省部级项目10余项,在Nature、Nature Photonics(封面)、Physical Review Letters、Science Advances、Nature Communications、JACS等期刊发表SCI论文百余篇,授权专利多项。核心成员含国家高层次青年人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才及省部级基金获得者、重庆市学术技术带头人。
